Terms of Service

The Basic Agreement

By purchasing from or working with MapleLink Services, you agree to these terms. My goal is to deliver clear, useful work that respects your time.

1. Services

I provide AI workspace builds, business process audits, and automation consulting. I will always explain what I am doing and get your approval before making significant changes.

2. Payment

• Estimates: I provide estimates before starting major work.
• Invoices: Payment is due upon completion of work unless we have a different written agreement.
• Late Fees: Please pay on time. I prefer not to chase payments.

3. Data & Liability

• Your Data: For digital products, your workspace runs on your machine. I do not have access to your files or data after delivery. For consulting engagements, any business information shared is used only to produce your deliverables.
• Liability: MapleLink Services is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or incidental damages. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

4. Warranty

I stand by my work. If something I delivered does not function as described, I will make it right within 30 days of purchase. This does not cover issues caused by modifying delivered files or changes to third-party tools outside my control.

5. Termination

For digital products, all sales are final once delivered. For consulting engagements, you can stop at any time and will only be billed for work completed. I reserve the right to decline service at my discretion.
